Peperomia are nice and easy! I find with this type it likes to dry out a little between waterings so you don't get root rot. Bright light, but more like nice morning sun. If you get really hot sun, you may want to protect her from that. Misting in the evening would be appreciated ☺💙
not related to this plant specifically, but do you use or recommend water tests for your plants? Because I dunno, different plants like different stuff and different nutrients?

Sometimes I do do a TDS test on the runoff water of my plants, or a TDS test on the soil mixture (wet/muddy) before I prep for potting. Mostly just for my carnivorous ones though, which like a very low TDS.
Testing the pH of the water and soil can be very important, whether a plant like acidic or alkaline. Most of my plants like acidity so I just know if the TDS is low, then it will be acidic
