It looks like the deep south. I grew up in a place like that. I didn't realize how good I had it back then. Simpler times.

They used to call them swamps before the government came in and made us start calling them wetlands.....

It looks a quite remote but very peaceful spot. A pity about the derelict car left in the stream - it's an odd place for such an accident so I hope some fool had not merely dumped it there.
