They're a bit below average and declining in IQ at present. Eighth graders can't do civics at all. So in some areas there is total absence of intelligence.
I bet they're number one in shooting accuracy.

Some are smart and some are stupid. I'm sure that's true of every nationality.

I've met smart ones. And I've met incredibly stupid ones. Like everywhere. Like others have said, you can't shut the stupid ones up so they tend to give an impression of dominance, just because they're noisy.
