I'm riding around my Uncle's Camero, or our family car. It's summer and the seats are hot. Wind is blowing on our way to Mission beach in San Diego, CA. Going to a family cookout. It's the mid to late 70's and I can not wait to see our big family and to taste my grandma and great aunts cooking. We're going to have teriyaki steak, sushi, burgers, hot dogs, watermelon with seeds, sweet brown sugar, coconut sticky rice in banana leaves. Remembering I forgot my shoes and the parking lot is going to be hot......
@dragonfly46 Such a detailed, vivid picture you paint, and I can relate, especially to those hot asphalt parking lots in my bare feet!

@Ghostinthemachine The song took me way back. Could smell the ocean and taste the salt on my tongue.
My first time hearing it. Superhero. I like it. Kinda feeling it
@Bexsy I think it was a minor hit, but it kinda grows on you.
Watch, you’ll be humming it, Sidekick 😉

Yes. It was used as the theme song for "The Man from Hong Kong". A movie with George Lazenby after his one James Bond appearance..😷..

I do remember this song—it came out when I was in high school. I liked it but I never knew its name or who performed it.
@bijouxbroussard They were one hit wonders, so hard to remember their name. But the song has come back to me…many years later 😊

Perfect Chase music.
@Iwillwait Astute observation, as I think it was used in an action film starring George Lazenby, who also played James Bond in On Her Majestys Secret Service.
