Do you ever listen to music at a quieter volume?

Like cause you have a headache or cause the song sound better at a moderate volume?

Yes.youTube music has lots of options.vJust search sleep music.

I turn the volume down to the point of only hearing it when I stop thinking. Or just a tad louder so I know it's there even when my mind is active. It then serves as a sort of magnet to draw me deeper to just one thought to focus on rather than trying to multitask or compete over which deserves attention.

I don't LIKE really loud music, so I always play music at a moderate volume. I have a friend who is deaf in one ear, and when I go over to visit him, he is always blasting his television set at volume 40 or so. He probably doesn't realize that he is destroying his hearing in his "good" ear.

Yes I like soft quiet music

Tinnitus by Motorhead dictates I do.
Loud music exacerbates it.

Only when I go to sleep, and even then it has to be one click above "off", like -72 or something absurd like that.
