Ain't the interweb grand? Imagine someone telling you a generation or so back that you could send recordings over the air by using a keyboard and a screen with lyrics on another page and an explanation of the lyrics on another... in a matter of minutes total.
I hate to say this because I do enjoy a few of her songs..but Taylor Swift. And I think she's an awesome human being too!! But I feel the media on her is WAYYY above pretty much anyone.
@Jeephikelove She’s talented and she’s pretty. And she experiments with different genres and has been successful. There’s no reason to dislike her, yet some people do, on a visceral level.
Janis Joplin, agreed. I remember people saying she was the "ultimate white blues singer" but there were so many better vocalists who would come along. Amy Winehouse, for example.
