I've always said Lady Madonna for this Q, but it could just as well be Get Back, Come Together, your song, and a dozen others.

@Ghostinthemachine Ahh, that’s why If I Fell is so good! I wonder if that’s from Paul? I think If I Fell was the first song where I really heard harmony..than just holding HAANDS.
Elvis Costello did a brilliant Penny Lane for Obama. It’s on YouTube
Something is George, and I’m so glad he’s finally getting the respect he deserves as a songwriter. Perhaps as the cult of John has faded some.
You’re asking me will my love grow…I don’t knooow, I don’t know …da da.dada dumm
How brilliant is that on the chord change into the lyric.

@Bumbles I just listened to the Elvis Costello “Penny Lane”
The piccolo trumpet was awesome!
I saw Elvis in concert when he reunited with The Attractions in the 90s. He closed with Pump It Up, and kicked ass!

@Ghostinthemachine I'm so glad you listened to it; that trumpet solo was great. The original player on the Beatles recording didn't think he could hit the high note, but Paul encouraged him to just go for it.

So hard to say. Maybe Dear Prudence, Strawberry Fields, Tomorrow Never Knows, If I Needed Someone…

Do you think the Beatles had the best vocals and harmony of any other band?

Really too difficult - but just to post an answer I have gone for one of George Harrison's masterpieces instead of the usual Lennon-McCartney songs.

@BlueGreenGrey One of the best songs to illustrate why Ringo is so good.

I can't think of the name of the tune, but I think it's about living underwater.
