For about ten years, about 5 of us (me, friends and a sister) would spend the New Year watching the TZ marathon, from New Year’s Eve though to Jan 2 in the morning, when we’d go out to breakfast and then part ways. My friends would bring sleeping bags, for intermittent naps. Sis and I would shop for groceries on the 30th, to provide viewing snacks and beverages. 😊

Rod Serling was a genius. He wrote the vast majority of TZ episodes, and many have messages that are as relevant today as they were in the 60s.
I always look forward to the SciFi marathon. This year, History Icons channel also showed TZ episodes.
I have the complete series on dvd to enjoy at my whim.

@JSul3 I have it, too. I also have the movie and the attempts to reboot it in 1985, the reboot with Forest Whitaker [b]and[/b] the most recent one with Jordan Peele.
Alas, none seem to quite measure up to the original. But it’s such a great show people keep trying.
