How interesting would the movie of your life be if it were directed by Quentin Tarantino or Mel Brooks?

You make a solid point. Now I want to rewrite the post to include any director. Maybe Tarantino?
How about another director or writer you know and like?

And a better question... even though Hitchcock directed a comedy - Mr. & Mrs. Smith (1941) - his movies are mostly old-style suspense.
