Ann Carter, who played Bogie's curiously eloquent and wise-for-her-years daughter Bea in the movie, recalled Bogart as a kind and overall wonderful person. During a muffed take she yawned deeply and afterward he began calling her "tonsils".

Trapped, Kiss Tomarrow Goodbye, and a few others had well known actors sharing the screen with Barbara Payton before she screwed up her life and career. Hadn't heard of or watched any of them a month ago
