The only film I did that with was Schindler's List because I didn't understand it. I ended up seeing it again and I loved it

@urbancowboy It's an absolutely brilliant film. You'll enjoy The Pianist too

Boredom can do that. For me, they were:

''Vanilla Sky''.

For musical theater: ''Hamilton''. Good thing I only saw it on Disney+, all I had to do was click it shut with my remote control.
@urbancowboy I liked his film ''Jerry Maguire.''
@LilMissAnonyMOUSE I did too😀
@urbancowboy ☺👍

The Ninth Gate was such a boring movie. I was actually on a date and she and I wanted to see it cause of Johnny Depp, and then we wanted to dip about halfway through. We stayed for another 20ish minutes, and couldn't take any more. I never tried watching it again.
Levenrack · 46-50, M
@Jayghost Yeah maybe it could have been cause I was on a date, but again she felt the same about it.
I suppose I can give it another go one of these days.
Jayghost · 51-55, M
@Levenrack you just have to have an open mind when watching it. I'm not a Satan worshiper nor do I care about that, but it's just a movie with Johnny Depp trying to stop what is going on.
Levenrack · 46-50, M
@Jayghost Oh I get it. I had no problem following what was going on. That was not the reason we left.

Almost, years ago I watched a thin red line and I really wanted to walk out of it my ex wouldn't let me because she was walking for George Clooney
@Cigarguy Real life is always boring
Cigarguy · M
@NativePortlander1970 yes but I don't want to pay money to see a boring movie

American Gigolo. Dull beyond belief. I wanted to walk out of Avatar but my partner wanted to see it through.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
Never. And, I always stay to watch and read all the credits.

Yes, "Karate Kid," the one with Will Smith's kid in it. It was so bad, not even Jackie Chan could save that movie.

Into the woods. A musical from 2014. It was painful
BlobbyMcBlobface · 56-60, M
@SW-User It looks horrendous!

Cool world with Brad Pitt. I was just too stoned to know what the hell was going on

@RosaMarie I watched some of that about 20 years ago, the 'stop' button on the dvd player did its job
RosaMarie · 46-50, F
@BlobbyMcBlobface I was on a date. She picked the movie.
BlobbyMcBlobface · 56-60, M
@RosaMarie Was she offended? I did the same last weekend when watching The Roses, I agreed to pay for her and her friend to see it so avoided getting dumped 🤣
BlobbyMcBlobface · 56-60, M
