Movie and a lunch out

We're taking the kids to see Lilo and stitch today then where have lunch at cracker barrel when Joel gets off work. So I'm getting everything ready for a long day out
Sissy sensory bag
The boys sensory bag
Extra clothes
Blankets because my daughter and I will get cold
Pull ups
A cooler with drinks and snacks
And I am bringing my air pods and a stress ball of me. I'm trying different things. The music does help some but I'm hoping my neurologist will be able to help me find things that work.

Than we're having a fire, banana ball and the Royals. My buddy is coming over to watch the game with us and I'm pretty sure he'll be bringing some nice whiskey and cigars.

Can I say something?
Reading your stories, right? I know you are doing your best, but it seems now to me that you are doing too much?
Introduce more yin into your life..
By doing less, and some days by doing nothing because it feels like there is an overstimulating rhythm of continued things happening and activities.

This cigar and brandy time, you could take this energy, which is yin in its core, to simply be, to stay still and enjoy the surroundings..
And expand it during the day. Introduce more not-doings.

If you want me to stop with my suggestions Please let me know.
I feel like I shouldn't be doing it and yet here I am.

@being I will not disagree with you. And not please don't stop giving me suggestions.

But if we don't get the boys out of the house they get a little crazy. Sunday is normally are day of relaxing. We don't go anywhere. We just chill and watch movies or sports and the boys might play outside.

Honestly watching the games outside by the fire is very relaxing. It takes a while to get things upset up but after that is is pretty relaxing.

@4meAndyou I know but why should the kids suffer because I can't sleep sleep. It's not their fault and they are very excited about the movie. I can power though. I have to if I didn't leave the house because I didn't sleep I never would lol
