Keenan Thompson is of course an ex convict who comes to the police station to tell personal stories to troubled teens to try to scare them into following the law, but instead of actually telling personal stories he always gives the plot of a popular movie. One time he was caught giving the plot of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and he came back with this Oompa Loompa song:
