Last new movie that I never saw (or heard of) was Blast of Silence. It is on the Criterion Channel. A early sixties noir about a hit man, made on a shoestring budget. Liked it a lot.

Full Metal Jacket last night, for the first time, I really liked it.
@Justenjoyit I rented it at home, and boy am I glad I didn't theater that one. I mean, Jason Statham did his signature acting, but there is just not enough story there to really get into it. Too shallow even for a kill 80 dudes by yourself flick.
