Next person I require information on is Don Lane

Here in Australia we called him the Lanky Yank.
He was host of the Don Lane show from 1975 to 1983.
His side kick was Bert Newton.
Can anyone remember him?
How is he doing now?

Morton Donald Isaacson ( Don Lane was not his real name ) he died on 22 October 2009. death was a dementia-related illness caused by Alzheimer's disease
