As a youngster growing up in the 70's we had loads of great American sci-fi television.
The invisible Man
The time tunnel
The Gemini man etc.

It used to be Dr. Who. I don't enjoy the old shows as much as I did back in the day and don't watch new TV at all.

In the heat of the night. Matlock always come to mind
