What's a TV movie you highly recommend? As in a film that never got a cinema release but was made for television.

My go to ones are

Alice in Wonderland (1999) and In the Cold Light of Day (1996)

@Sazzio I think those both got like very super limited theater releases so pretty much straight to video/tv....but man....they were both awesome movies.

Dark Night of the Scarecrow. A surprisingly well done horror slasher for being early 80s and made for tv.

One of my favorites I watch every year at's called Trick R' Treat. Pretty sure it was only shown at a couple film festivals before it was released to video/tv.

Do Netflix films count as made for TV movies? If so, then I'm thinking of ending things.

I have been searching for a made for TV mini-series that was about desegregation and MLK and the civil rights movement. It was a big deal but I cannot recall the name and struggle to find it in searches.
