Been watching The Ted Bundy tapes on Netflix...why do I right before bed??? I just really am spooked as Im also not in my own home. Ughh I know its silly. Every noise I hear is keeping me on edge😟 I need to sleep and need the show out of my minddddd..hellppp😣🤦‍♀️

Well Ted is dead. My brother in law's widow ex husband's sister was one of his victims. Think of something that you did that made you happy and think about every detail . That's what I do sometimes to let the tension ease. If I really relive it it will take me away to la la ville

@Coralmist I remember her just casually telling that story. If I had false teeth I would have had to go pick them up. They were from Michigan and she moved down here to Texas but it seems the former sister in law was in Florida when she met him . It was bad. But I'm sure the documentary said enough shit their fate. Is a crazy world. I don't live in fear of it but I try to be aware as much as my ego and blond hair allow. Hahahaha not making fun of blonds. Well kinda maybe.. No I'm not kidding.

@kentex35 oh thats right, he killed in CA, WA, UT, ANd FL. 😢 Just so sad. He was beyond a charmer, and once said, Guilt isnt good for you(something similar to that) and that he didnt suffer from any guilt and was glad of it 😐

He's long gone. I live around about 3 miles from the park where he used to pick up victims, by pretending to have a broken arm, needing help.

@Northwest He killed mainly in Washington and Utah, I believe. Yep broken arm or, in another case where the woman broke free, he pretended he was a cop helping her to find who vandalized her car...she could see though no one had and knew something was fishy.

@Coralmist It's called Lake Sammamish State Park. He moved to Utah and started killing again. Then on to Florida.

When Ted Bundy was alive and committing his murders in Washington State, I was spooked also even though he only killed females. He has long since been executed and there is no more reason to be afraid. I get what you are feeling though. Watching certain shows on tv can be a huge trigger. Just take a deep breath and focus on the positive. Hope you get to feeling better soon

@SW-User Ohh wow.. Id be 10 times more nervous if I lived in WA then. Yes its weird I can watch Dateline at night and I get a little spooked as I go to bed, but only a tad. Last night after watching how in DEPTH his tapes with cops went, (how he thought), it just really freaked me... thanks for your kindness🌺
