@PlumBerries It seemed to detail the story line when I read the books. Like, half the cast was dying off and leaving stories and facets open ended.

I haven't read the books yet as I haven't wanted any spoilers for the show.. speaking on behalf of the show though, it all makes sense story wise the deaths. Some I am most sure were for shock but to me doesn't change the fact that the story is pretty well done and yes main characters ide a lot but there are so many characters on that show and when people die off, others seem to take their place as main characters.

@PlumBerries While i haven't seen the super hero movies, i like action movies like that that aren't over done and have at least some subtlety. I get the impression that it's all full on CGI etc.

Game of thrones....I feel like end game will be super predictable and the avengers movies don’t really have good plot or character development either way. I feel like GOT is a little more unpredictable because good and bad are a little blurred going into the final season....that and 7 hours > 3 for story telling

I'm a little burnt out on both. Game of Thrones has kind of stumbled its way to the finish and like you said it has been a bit of an overload with the superhero movies. Almost hard to even get excited for them anymore.
