Are you more excited for Game of thrones or Avengers: end game?

seems so many people are talking about the two and considering they come out this month. what are you most excited for or are you just not interested in either?

I am honestly sick to death of the superhero movies. So I don't really care about end game

Id love to see Endgame. However, I never understood the attraction in Game of Thrones. If I wanted to see manipulation Id rewatch House of Cards, the original and the American remake... which I loved.

@SW-User You and me both. Cheap CGI, questionable acting, nudity, incest, and repeatedly killing off important characters just because it's "edgy" and "breaking the rules" is all just pandering to people who think they're "counterculture."

I don't think anything about GoT is cheap lol. I am pretty sure it has one of the biggest budgets in tv history. they kill off important characters because it is based on books and that is how it was written and it fits in with the GoT world. No one is safe

@PlumBerries The books even killed off important characters and butchered the story line in the process because Martin wanted to "break the rules" of storytelling. That was the point. His intention was shock value.

@PlumBerries It seemed to detail the story line when I read the books. Like, half the cast was dying off and leaving stories and facets open ended.

I haven't read the books yet as I haven't wanted any spoilers for the show.. speaking on behalf of the show though, it all makes sense story wise the deaths. Some I am most sure were for shock but to me doesn't change the fact that the story is pretty well done and yes main characters ide a lot but there are so many characters on that show and when people die off, others seem to take their place as main characters.
I will read the books after the finale season.
