As far as movies, I'm not sure my Priest, but for TV series, my favorite is True Blood.

Either Blade or Ultraviolet

It would have to either be Priest or Van Helsing (there's werewolves and stuff in it, but the main villain is freaking Dracula, so I think it counts).
