I think she was lying to me

So our neurologist appointment went well. We're doing a slow med change on our daughter to help her with her OCD. And I mean slow but I'm okay with that. She's doing so well I don't want a med change mess her progess up


And as for me I'm pretty sure she was laying but she said we was very happy with my progress of not doing the dishes right after I'm done cooking. I made it 10 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore.

Baby steps she keeps telling me.

She gave me new sleeping pills to try. She is very concerned about my insomnia right now. I hope it will help.

Thank goodness Joel came to keep track of all this for me lol
