To those who have PTSD/ gone through extensive abuse (mental or physica)...

How can you ever feel worthy or whole? It feels like an endless endeavor to always be 'bettering' myself, learning and 'fixing' my issues. They do not totally go away so you feel really broken; so much that you feel you would be a burden to someone.

PTSD is a roller coaster ride of emotions. Highs and lows and curves to really rock you. Sometimes you can't see an end or a light to reach for, but we learn to cope, to strive and to succeed. My own experiences stretch back to my childhood and adolescence and adulthood all combining.
Keep going and remember that you are not alone. Feel free to contact me via PM if you need to talk. Ray.
