He's my calm

I got stuck this morning. My doctor changed my thyroid medication and the pill is a different size and color and it freaked me out and I struggled to take it. Thank goodness Joel is so kind patient and understanding with me. He was able to calm me down and get me to take the pill.

I hate days like this when my OCD gets so bad I can't control it. And get thrown off by something as simple as a different colored pill.

It seems like this that worry me the most one day he's going to grow tired of it I just know it..

@MyMonstersAreReal thank you. I just hate that something so simple as a different color pill set me into a panic attack. I don't think my trying is ever enough and it's going to cost me everything
