Todays goal to get everything unpacked

It is driving me crazy not having everything unpacked yet. So I told Joel I needed it done today. Most of the time he helps calm my crazy, let me know it will be ok and we can pace ourselves. But he didn't this time. I think he could tell I am struggling. I need it done. I am not okay right now

Star and my Buddy are coming over to help. We're going to make homemade pizzas and I got my buddy some nice cigars. Knowing him he smoke one and conveniently forget to take the others home. But at least I try.

Remember the saying, *Rome wasn't built in a day*🪻
Maybe you could aim for two rooms done today, and the other one or two , do half during the week, and half next weekend 🙂

@Coralmist no it has to be done today. I don't think I can stop until it is finished. I have extra help and a plan of attack. Whoever built Rome didn't have severe OCD or it might have been done in a day. Thankfully we have the AC up, good music playing and I have friends that understand my crazy

@Coralmist I know and I'm telling myself that. I think if I can get everything unpacked and out of boxes I will be ok. Then go from room to room organizing and decorating it as we planned. I know it sounds silly but it is really driving me crazy. I've had two panic attacks last night because I was stressing out over it. I don't know why but I just need to get everything done.

@Cigarguy101 I like this new quote I saw recently.."If it costs your Peace, it costs too much." I like the plan of at least getting everything out of their boxes, and then the organizing can be done in increments. Remember there is no true timeline for that, or anything! Maybe you could make a new timeline, all the decorating parts can be done by next weekend, but today is, everything unpacked. It's an idea, but whichever you choose, your Peace comes first as well 🌼
