If anyone here gets seasonal depression, have you tried plant grow lights?
These helped me last winter when I stuck in bed healing. I started growing a bunch of stuff but I noticed they helped lift my mood too. I've been feeling a lil low so I dug one out. Doesn't fix it but it helps 🖤 be well guys 🖤

I have a light panel that is supposed to help with vitamin D as well since most of my work as a mechanical designer leaves me computer bound in the dark recesses of corporate cubicle dungeons. I haven't used it much since i cant bring stuff into secured areas. I figgured if i let one run at home, some cop would think im running a rural hydroponics lab and id get raided 😉
