How often do you feel low or depressed?

I’m ASD and I have PTSD from the explosion in eastern Ukraine 🇺🇦 so I often feel depressed and anxious. Do you suffer from it too?

I have severe depression and anxiety that affect me pretty much 24/7. I also *probably* have ASD, and definitely PTSD from my narcissistic parents.
