Anyone else scared for when the sun goes down on a daily basis?

It makes me so depressed now.

My wife has Seasonal Affective Disorder. She finds that a light box really helps her.

@DrWatson a light box?
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@perceptivei It has bulbs which produce light that is similar to sunlight. During winter, she sits in front of it for about a half hour a day, reading. It has a positive effect on her mood.

Why are you afraid it will not rise the next morning
dale74 · M
@perceptivei darkness being the absence of light. Well have you tried filling your evenings with joyful activities. Could be as simple as exercise church activities or volunteering woth something.

I find the darkness comforting. The worst things/ppl come out in daylight

@pride49 Well, the sunlight makes ne happier. I'm generally at home anyway.
