How do I get out of this funk? Nothing interests me. Movies, games, other projects I can’t get into. All I do is go to work come home and do nothing. I need help

This has been getting to me recently, motivation is hard to come by. Just starting something, anything sometimes helps. Get outside if it's sunny, it might make all the difference.
