The worst thing is boredom

I have anxiety and depression and I find boredom makes it worse. So I have to keep myself occupied all day. But some days I'm so anxious I feel kind of stuck and I just sit doing nothing. Because I find it hard to focus on anything. Sometimes I have to force myself to snap out of it and just start doing something. I find journalling, art and reading can help. Does anyone else get stuck like this? or am I just weird 馃槀.

I like to sit and do nothing cause you are really not doing nothing, but most times I don't give myself the right to do this cause I feel like i'm wasting so much of my time. I would like to channel it differently though. I like to draw but can't cause I can't see what's going on in my head. That's a dilemma.

All the time. Sometimes I have to go for a drive around the block to feel better.

@RubiesandButterflies I firmly understand! I work to help my parents, and if you don't have to work, do humanitarian work, fill your free time and you won't have time for stupid things like now! I'm studying medicine, so I'm very good at differentiating a real mental problem from just plain boredom and pampering
The only person here who is uneducated is obviously you, with such miserable behavior at that age, shame!

@sweetdream actually I'm diagnosed by a psychiatrist who obviously has more qualifications than you. You can bully me all you like but it won't wash with me. I know the truth so run along and take your bad attitude somewhere else!
