The worst thing is boredom
I have anxiety and depression and I find boredom makes it worse. So I have to keep myself occupied all day. But some days I'm so anxious I feel kind of stuck and I just sit doing nothing. Because I find it hard to focus on anything. Sometimes I have to force myself to snap out of it and just start doing something. I find journalling, art and reading can help. Does anyone else get stuck like this? or am I just weird 馃槀.
