Please do not despair honey. Things will get better, this is only temporary. I'm sorry you're in such pain. I wish I could take it away. I will pray for you. I was in that same shape one time and I know how rough it is but you are stronger than you think you are and I hope you will think about praying to God because He is what will get you through, like He did me. He loves you so much and what he does for one he will do for another. I believe when these things come, it is God trying to tell us that something is not right in our lives and needs to be changed, but not in a negative way. Not by hurting yourself. Life is a series of lessons and certainly challenges. When we know better, we do better, because we have learned, so don't beat yourself up, please. Things will get better. ❤🤗

from about 15 to 35 I suffered from depression and suicidal tendencies. I then changes or added a few thinga in my lifestyle that keeps me about 97% depression-free. I don't want to offend by suggesting solutions, because when i'm depressed it pisses me off when people just go "c'mon, just do this and you won't be depresse" but if you want to hear my depression-avoiding routine I will tell you.

What helped me silence my depression was finally finding a job that I want and it has been great, I have a purpose and no longer feel sad because I had a day after day wasted for no reason. Now I have a purpose and I'm moving in a better direction, I'm exhausted as hell but I dare say happy.
