Can’t shake off the depression

Work and come home everyday. Feels like I am missing something in life. I self medicate and try to distract my mind. Tv and video games don’t seem to help. Wish therapy wasn’t so damn expensive

Sometimes very simple things can help ...just getting some good rest can help ...pace yourself ...small steps ...go easy on yourself
