I Battle Depression

Sometimes, I take a seat outside during sunsets. I take a moment to feel nothing and let all my muscles relax. Forget about the world for a few seconds and watch the colors bleed across the sky. Take a drag from a cigarette and snuff it out under my shoe, walk back inside, and stress my face with a smile.

Cigarettes and fresh air only do so much for me. I've learned to laugh in the face of insurmountable stupidity and absurdity. I've generally stopped trying and I just let things run their course and see themselves through to their natural conclusions. Other people and their problems aren't worth stressing myself out over.

@RemovedUsername1042818 I can agree to that. There are some problems not worth stressing over. Well, I hope you find something that would make you want to try again. Although, quite frankly, finding humor in everything is an excellent way to change a shit situation.
