@Butterflykisses24 I second Daisy's response. EMDR therapy was extremely valuable to me, and in the hands of a qualified practitioner has been know to even eliminate certain PTSD responses. You can read more about it at http://www.emdr.com/

Alott of times you have to guess, whats wrong.
But luckily you can do the same routine at ease

It's difficult to to defend against such feelings. You can't just let it run wild either. What is your best way of dealing when feeling this way?

At least your aware. Have you heard of CBT..pill or oil... extraction from Marijuana..yet it helps pain anxiety n other issues..

@aradia11 I reduced my weed intake as I find it aggravated my anxiety. I'm currently microdosing psilocybin and feeling a vast improvement on what I was like a few months back.
