I Have Ptsd, Depression and Anxiety

It's like my body is a dog that barks at every noise, it's unendingly alert and ready to run even when there is NOTHING happening. I have to remember to ask it what's wrong..it's amazing how many emotions we let spiral without asking ourselves if there is really any need for such a reaction. Keep an eye on yourself.

It's difficult to to defend against such feelings. You can't just let it run wild either. What is your best way of dealing when feeling this way?
