I Have Bipolar Disorder And I Hate My Life

sometimes i'm happy sometimes i cant even move it gets so confusing for everyone and no one knows how to help me. i dont even know how to help me. sometimes i wonder why i turned out like this why i do the things i do and say the things i say. i avoid people when i'm in a bad mood but the thing is sometimes it doesnt stop for days. its hard to be who you want to be when you already know who you are going to be forever.

That's unfortunate. Sadly, psychopharmacology is not very advanced and medication doesn't work for everyone. Is there anything you do to manage the mood swings?

@IvanKaramazov: yeah it is. its never worked for me. only thing that helps is if i stay out of situations that are too intense which is mostly impossible.

That's fortunate. People who are sick shouldn't be left alone. I know that from personal experience.

You are lucky in that regard, at least. When I became sick, my fiance left me and blamed me for everything. Some people can be unbelievably cold-blooded.
