A bipolar person in a manic swing may experience hypersexuality, but that doesn't mean they would commit incest.

So I guess the answer is, no, not typically/necessarily.

I have read that bipolar can be brought on by trauma, but not in all cases. If someone experienced childhood incest related trauma, it’s possible that could have brought on bipolar
