Lots of good advice here.My experience with rage is not something generated only in my mind .It's stems from actual events in my life. One thing i do is vent it all in a safe way but knowing it probably won't ever disappear completely. Find a nice size baseball bat an inanimate object and beat the hell out of it.I go till i have no strength or rage left. I imagine the object is the person or thing that caused the rage.
