i always do

I often wake up sometime in that period.

I dont sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time, so awake on and off all night

I did today.

It is 5:56am now on a Wednesday.
And I am at work.

Only that my afternoon nap from 3 pm goes through 12 midnight. 🥹🤭

So, I'm awake from 12 til 3 then, try to sleep back, wake up again at 4:30 a. m. to make my coffee and work @5 am.

That's me everyday, but not today, that's when I went to bed. I'm up 3hrs later

Not too often, but often enough to be annoying... not me, not sleeping well is the annoying part😁

Always asleep then.

This is my rhythm.

I wake up at dawn. Hear the birdsong, see the sunrise. A morning person.

Useless in the afternoons. Used to sleep through meetings.

Am alert again from seven to the early hours.
Always watch sunsets.
Moonlight on the sea if I can.
