Anyone else waking up at 3/4am most days 😳

A little after 4am for me
Every weekday morning

5 AM for me.

i always do

I often wake up sometime in that period.

I dont sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time, so awake on and off all night

Yes at 3:10am
I did today.

It is 5:56am now on a Wednesday.
And I am at work.

That's me everyday, but not today, that's when I went to bed. I'm up 3hrs later

Not too often, but often enough to be annoying... not me, not sleeping well is the annoying part😁

Always asleep then.

This is my rhythm.

I wake up at dawn. Hear the birdsong, see the sunrise. A morning person.

Useless in the afternoons. Used to sleep through meetings.

Am alert again from seven to the early hours.
Always watch sunsets.
Moonlight on the sea if I can.
