Sleep specialist

I finally was able to a new sleeping specialist. I go tomorrow and I hope to g#d they can help me sleep. This is the 3rd night row where I can't sleep.

@TexChik no I've been tested for that. I can't sleep because my mind won't calm down and it goes 1000 miles an hour and I worry about what I didn't get done that day.

@TexChik no worries they test was a few years ago so it could be part of the problem now.
