48 hour of no sleep

I have slept in two days. I'm so tired but every time I try and fall asleep my mind goes crazy. Did you do this, did you clean that, did you check on the hamster. Over and over. I can't keep this up I need sleep

You might need a doctor. Hopefully one can get you some sedatives until the problem is solved.
