Lol, trying this sleep hygiene bs for the millionth time 😅

Only because my psychiatrist thinks that I can do it if I try it again...

So I'ma gonna try my hardest (again) just to see what happens 😅

But who knows,
The meds are supposed to give me a crash at the end of the day and I'm supposed to feel tired, lol


I'm just hoping this works and I don't get that sleep deprived again that I have another mental breakdown 😶

whoever made up that term, i think wants us to think that naps are dirty. theyre not though!

@pdockal in the past? Basically everything, getting up at the same time, quitting caffeine, not taking naps during the day, associating everything in my sleep area with only sleep, no screens, vitamins and supplements, night time routine, etc 😅

there are lots more that you can do besides what you have listed ... plus get tested for sleep apnea (I have it)
