Do you bite yourself in your sleep?
I've been biting my cheek and lip all week in my sleep, not a fun way to wake up.

@nonsensiclesnail For me it's kind of like a falling dream I'm shook from something vivid and then BITE!!! I've bitten my lip.

Get a gum shield, that'll solve it
