How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night?

3 hours at any one time. My life is a series of naps adding up to 8 hours per day (or thereabouts).

if i am on my own i get around 7. If the wife is home maybe 3

5-6 and it’s all broken, two hours is the most without getting up.
