Sleepless nights

I usually fall asleep within 60 seconds of closing my eyes. And after 5am, after a pee interruption, i just can't sleep till the sun is way up and i give up.

Yep. It was worse when I was on night shifts and had to sleep during the day. With all the noise and light. I had roller shutters and sleeping tablets but half the time the tablets only kept me awake.
