Sleepless nights
Is it weird how sometimes you are sleepless and when you can not go back to sleep

Yep. It was worse when I was on night shifts and had to sleep during the day. With all the noise and light. I had roller shutters and sleeping tablets but half the time the tablets only kept me awake.
