Beginning from tonight, I'll get my sleeping schedule slowly back in tact...i really fucked up

Going to bed one hour earlier every night, hoping to get back to my 9ish soon.

@being Yes, i had followed tough discipline and very strict schedule before....even sleeping time was fixed..
Diet was fixed.... workout was fixed...
Now, i am not looking after myself😶
Yoga, running, weight lifting, hiits dieting....i did all before...but now...hmm
