Can't relax enough to sleep?

This was on the web, but warm up some milk and then put a couple pinches of nutmeg in it and it really helps you sleep well. Shake well, if you put it in a nutritional Cream and Strawberries drink. It's delicious in there. Nutmeg relaxes you. Also at walmart, they have something called ZzzQuil Pure Zzz's. It really works well and it helps you fall asleep and stay asleep longer through the night and the thing I like about it, is there's no, next-day grogginess.

As for me being nocturnal when I've agendas the next morning and need to be up early. I'll say, "goodnight God, goodnight Jesus, goodnight Holy Spirit." and Poof...I'm asleep.

@eyeno I pray as well, but I am the worst light sleeper in the world. Mom thought she was doing me a favor, when I was a baby and asleep, by keeping everything in the house totally quiet. Thanks Mom. 😂😂😂

Also add a spoon full of honey to that drink, all of those ingredients will help you relax.

Yesterday I had so much unnecessary anxiety thinking about school. When you start feeling small and scared, you need to stretch out and make yourself as big as possible haha, it helps you breathe properly and assume a position you'd lay in when you're feeling good. Then go back to normal resting position after calming down.
