Can't relax enough to sleep?

This was on the web, but warm up some milk and then put a couple pinches of nutmeg in it and it really helps you sleep well. Shake well, if you put it in a nutritional Cream and Strawberries drink. It's delicious in there. Nutmeg relaxes you. Also at walmart, they have something called ZzzQuil Pure Zzz's. It really works well and it helps you fall asleep and stay asleep longer through the night and the thing I like about it, is there's no, next-day grogginess.

Yesterday I had so much unnecessary anxiety thinking about school. When you start feeling small and scared, you need to stretch out and make yourself as big as possible haha, it helps you breathe properly and assume a position you'd lay in when you're feeling good. Then go back to normal resting position after calming down.
