Do you think narcissists and sociopaths are born that way or do you think their circumstances molded them to be the way they are ??

I heard a psychologist say that psychopaths are born, sociopaths are made. Not sure about narcissism.

Both are correct.

Narcissism requires some genetic input however. Our environment will either keep one's narcissism suppressed, or it will enable it to flourish. Without that genetic seed however, narcissism cannot be made like sociopaths are also made.
